Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

  • Domestic Orders (India) :

    • Free shipping on almost all items. Additional shipping fee for large items is charged at checkout.
    • All orders are shipped using Delhivery Courier Services.
    • Additional ₹135 is charged on COD Orders. (Non-refundable)
    • Please read REFUND POLICY before placing order.
    • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping. If correct shipping address is not provided at checkout, A request for the correct address will be emailed. Upon the email, if the correct shipping address is not provided in 24 hours, the order stands cancelled.
    • In-stock standard items ordered by 11:30 AM  IST ship same day.
    • Shipping amount will not be refunded in case of refunds or order cancellations during transit.
    • Out-of-Stock and Special Order items shipment will be confirmed at ordering point.
  • International Orders (Outside India) :

    • No COD (Cash On Delivery) available for International Orders.
    • International orders may be subject to shipping, duties and taxes as determined by country of delivery.
    • Buyer needs to pay custom duties at destination country, orders returning to origin country will not be refunded. 

Rush Shipments:

  • Rush shipments are available for an additional cost for all domestic shipments.
  • 2 day delivery available subject to standard Delhivery providers restrictions.
  • All payments are accepted in local or popular currency.  We will not alter pricing on invoices. We will not mark items as “Gifts.”  International shipping rates as applicable.
  • Not all items are available for international sale. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to ordering.  A restocking fee will be applied to any international orders returned due to shipping restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Product:

  • If a product is damaged during shipping, you must contact us with in 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time we will file a damage claim with the courier.Once the courier confirm the shipment was damaged in transit, a refund will be issued. 
  • If a product is lost during shipping, we will file a lost package claim with the courier.Once the courier confirms the shipment is lost, a replacement shipment will be sent.
