Refund policy

The return and replacement policy for each item is clearly mentioned in its product description. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all fittings if applicable, and in its original packaging. Shipping amount will not be refunded in case of refunds or order cancellations during transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as order Id or Transaction Id.

Refunds are issued after deduction of logistic charges (Delivery Charges) 

  • Order value below ₹999 -: ₹150 Charges 
  • Order value ₹1,000 to ₹2,499 -: ₹250 Charges
  • Order value ₹2,500 to ₹4,999 -: ₹400 Charges
  • Order value ₹5,000 to ₹9,999 -: ₹650 Charges
  • Order value above ₹10,000-: ₹1000 Charges

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No Refunds for International Shipments for below reasons:

  • Not clearing package in customs due to customs duties or other reasons.
  • Package not cleared in customs or return to destination.

Shipping Cost will not be refunded for International Orders, Only product price will be refunded. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we receive the request for refund or damage issues after 24 hours of delivered status, these orders will not be considered in the Damage and Issues category. No refund will be provided in this scenario.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like no warranty products (Mentioned on each product description) , custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Maintenance or care products (such as Chain Lubes, Polishes). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on non-warranty items or non-warranty selected Items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a new item will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
